Still awaiting contact from them. Applied online, took the skills test, and was given an interview about 3 weeks later. Was told of the interview the day before it was to occur on campus. Interview was very laid-back. All questions were behavior-based. Practice their star technique and you'll be fine.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
