I was invited for the first interview weeks after I finished the online assessment. The interview questions were similar to the P&G questions I saw posted on line. As an interviewee, you should really prepare for the questions. It took around an hour. You should keep the interviewers interested at what you are saying and provide different illustrations. The interviewers were very nice.

There are one online assessment (Logical Reasoning, EQ, IQ) and three interview rounds. Three behavioral-based questions and two situational questions. We could take some time for structuring our storytelling with CAR.

Online Peak Perfomrance Assessment and Interactive Assesment. Question. Not sure how this could be a real interview process. Seems a game like test that surely could not identify an ideal candidate.
