I first submitted my CV, then I completed an online test, and I was then invited to an online interview where I was asked a variety of different behavioural questions
Step 1: Online assesment (personality part And mathematical / logical reasoning part).
Step 2: 3 interviews in total (of one hour each). The interview questions are behavioural (tell me about a time when...) And situational (What would you do in X situation).

Durante mi experiencia con la empresa Procter & Gamble, la entrevista y en general el proceso lo consideraría algo detallado y con preguntas desarrolladas sobre lo que debe ser el puesto. Además de incorporarme por diferentes etapas para medir mi rendimiento en diferentes dimensiones.
