4 interviews, only the first one is technical. I'd give very positive feedback for the first 3 interviews, but the last one was a total disaster. The person interviewing me for the last interview was working in parallel and not paying attention to the answers I provided. He concluded that I am not suitable for the position based on a fact that the company should have stated in the job description, maybe filter my CV out before any interviews, preferably before reaching the final interview (in a process that takes close to two months).
