The first step is an US style personality test, looking for reactions, feeling and morale. It's quite long about 30-45 minutes, after that you get a Pass or Fail, without further elaboration. If you passed the online test, they will call you in for a personal interview. This was a more technical, job-related interview.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
