The interview process started out smoothly and enthusiastically, but then went south. Communication from HR started to become none existent and timelines not kept, then at the end of the process, no outcome was sent to me even though a couple of attempts to get an outcome were emailed to HR.
If a company doesn't respect the candidates enough to let them know they didn't get the job, then I advice all but desperate candidates work for the company.
So a company that doesn't respect its candidates, I guess shows a sour respect for the employees who work there, at least in my view.
And the reviews of the company seem very suspect in how they show the rating of the company.
