      Project Manager Interview

      7 Feb 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Minneapolis, MN
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ProPharma Group (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2019

      Interview

Great working with the recruiter. She set up an interview with hiring Manager(s). Initial phone screen with managers went well. Standard behavioral based interviewing. What I thought was interesting was that they opted to fly me to Minnesota for an on-site interview (rather than simply leveraging technology). They arranged everything for me (no problem there). The interview was with two gentlemen, standard questions with appropriate follow up questions. Again, standard behavioral based approach expecting STAR responses. Here's where the odd part came in. They ordered me lunch (from Jimmy John's) and I just sat by myself in a room for about 2 hours until my taxi came. They didn't offer to lunch with me, or follow up. Just kind of left me in a windowless room. Just an odd experience to invest that much money for an interview that lasted no longer than 90 minutes.
