Each person I spoke with was truly passionate about the customers and the value the company was providing to them and were some of the nicest people I've interviewed with anywhere. The technical interview was kind of a pairing exercise that I think was challenging but reasonable. I spooked myself and absolutely biffed it, but they were super patient and kind throughout.
