Applied online, founder reached out a month later and asked for a video, finally reviewed the video and sent an interview invite 4 weeks later . (8 weeks in total) gets on the interview call asks a fee questions, is clearly distracted and we had to pause the interview so that he gets some things done. Overall unprofessional, doesn't send rejection email and I had to reach our 3 weeks later as the interview had apparently ended on a positive note . Only feedback I got was , I reviewed my notes and decided not to proceed. Asked for references and even wanted tk message my university professor who's retired for a background check.( never heard of such a thing)Overall , unprofessional conduct , feedback to founder is to respect people's time and boundaries.
