Initial call with HR, first round with hiring manager and HR, followed by task with hiring manager and 2 team members. Quite slow process and slow feedback after each stage

How would you approach a request from a challenging stakeholder?
The team asked standard questions and is expected for the role of project management. Nothing fancy, and I would say it is moderate compared to equivalent role to other companies in terms of difficulty.

It would not do again best place it was a tough thing to be. The lady was rude and I didn’t want to be rude so I kept patient with her and she asked lots of questions about project management which I answered but she then said I’m very busy which was a bit strange.
