The interview was ok until i asked about the working hours. They want you to work for 12 hours per day and extra meetings. And they looked too tired without any kind of excitment... Just tired and unhappy people.

It was a Microsoft Teams interview done with a junior HR recruiter. The process was about 35 minutes. My impression was not so good because I was asked questions that stated that my CV was not read carefully regarding my past work experience, like it was done because it had to be done. I was informed of 4 interview stages, a brief description of the company and the commercial department and in general what does the company provide to the employees. I was also asked my salary expectations from the 1st stage, which was clearly the reason why I did not go to second stage considering that my experience was above and beyond the job position.
