A month ago I was called by the HR team of Practo that my profile has been shortlisted then I have given the interview where I was selected with a good review after the selection I have received a mail regarding my documents which I have immediately shared After two days I have called the HR for the further discussion where she was busy and could not attend my call next day we had salary discussion I have clearly told her my expected CTC Which was 30% from my present CTC after the negotiation she has accepted for 25% of hike and I requested her to speak to the management again for 30% of hike while the discussion I have clearly told her that I have to put down my papers so please try to respond me as soon as possible she has advised me to put down my papers and told me that she’ll try to match my expected CTC and from that day it’s been one month she has given me plenty of reasons for not attending my call not responding to my messages I’ve kept texting her mailing her but no response and again today I am received that they’re only ready to offer me 8% of hike from my present CTC Unfortunately now I'm left jobless
