The hiring process started over the phone I submitted a resume and all the information that I needed to get the job online after that I went in for an interview and was hired
The process was quick and thorough. They don't play around when they're interested in you. I had several phone interviews and was flown to FL all in a matter of weeks. I spoke with and met several members of the management team.

Interview
2 days of assessment testing, if you pass you will receive a job offer . Training is a high priority with Power Design. They give the assessment test to verify your general knowledge and skill level. They know if you have the basic knowledge that they can train you for the rest of the required skills.
