I enjoyed the interview process. I first received a call from Maarten in which he asked me about myself and told me all about Portland Brown and the role itself. I then had an official interview with the Senior Property Management executive which was also good and gave me more information regarding the role. I then had a trial shift which allowed em to get a feel for the company and the office environment, followed by a final interview with the head of operations. Maarten kept me updated and checked in with me through out the process, he gave me all the information I needed and was always available if I had any questions. He was honest about what the company offered, in terms of the probation period, wfh, the salary etc which I appreciate.
