Pond5 invested a lot of time to conduct a very thorough interview. There were a couple of office visits and some phone/video interviews over a period of one month. The role is central in a way that it has to interact with several teams - product, engineering and growth/marketplace being the key ones. So I talked to multiple people from each of those teams including their heads. The people team was responsive and professional throughout the process and I enjoyed talking to everyone very much!
