I applied online. I interviewed at Politech (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2021
Interview
30-minute initial screen with a recruiter, who I enjoyed speaking with, then a one-hour technical interview with a member of the team and their CEO. The second interview focused on my experience and knowledge of React.
I received zero feedback from them. After a week of silence, I emailed the recruiter, who responded later that day they had decided not to continue with me. A bit unprofessional to make your interviewees chase you down.

Interview
Long, slow, overly thorough yet arbitrary interview process. Phone Screen -> timed coding test -> panel interview with the other candidates (yes they make you interview simultaneously with the other candidates) -> pair programming.

I applied online. I interviewed at Politech in Sept 2017
Interview
Had a phone screening and interview. After which I was given a coding exercise (building a tic tac toe game in the terminal). After completing and submitting the exercise, which took a good amount of time, I was never replied to. After a couple follow-up emails sent, I gave up. Really unprofessional.
