Interview
After submitting my resume online, I was contacted by a recruiter who collected my background and also my area of interest.
After that there were phone interviews set up. I totally had 3 phone interviews.
All three were coding interviews.
The third interview was bad. I struggled initially with the puzzle, though i solved it finally.
I was asked dutch flag. I started with a simpler version of it but the recruiter wanted just wat he expected. Though I explained him i will bring in the modules he wanted, he was not satisfied. And atlast we ran out of time and I was not called back after that.

one hour, 45min coding, then ask some basic questions. Coding in codepad. Describe then code.
Ask visa status, goals, experience about Pocket Gems games and so on.
A period of time for checking coding bugs by eyes, no need to run.

Interview
I got two interviews from pocket gems totally for the same position. One got about three month ago and second got recently. My advice for candidates is the DO NOT WASTE TIME FOR THIS COMPANY.
Totally, the two interview are not too hard. I got them from recruiter. Each interview, I got two round phone interview. After that, I got thank you letter and "not move forward email". All the four round interview, the interviewers were satisfied with me and my answers were also correct. Not just me, my friend also got same situation with me.
Even if pocket gems offer another around interview to me, I would never take it. It is just a waste of time.
