Worst way of taking the interview and no clarity on their part about requirements
And the person called seems like doesn't have knowledge about the profile of candidate and simply putting some unrelevant questions to the experience
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pluribus Networks (New Delhi)
Interview
Over complicated interview process
They assume they are among FAANG
6 coding questions in 120 mins...it's stupidity especially for experienced seasoned engineers
Experienced engineers don't do hobby coding, they solve real world problems.
Also debugging techniques differ , expecting same approach means you're sticking to set of ideas & not looking for any change in approach.
Pathetic & Cringe
