Interview
Initial call with the hiring manager, 1 hr technical. Interviewer was experienced at this and was very kind through the process. There was some typical behavioral and I was asked to expand upon experiences. Mentoring experience was appreciated as was a genuine interest in what they do. Overall a very pleasant experience even though I didn't get to move on.

Question 1
This interview, while technical, was a lot more about how you learn and approach new problems. It wasn't your typical leetcode stuff. Instead, it was much more like what you might do in your first few days on the job. All companies should interview like this.
