Spoke with a human resources rep...referred to a district manager. Interviewed by phone then in person 2 days later. Offered a job on the spot. Declined, low pay offer plus work week would have been 50- 60 hrs a week.
Not too difficult. Bring resume. Ask how to deal with difficult customers and difficult employees. how to handle shifts. How to manage time. What's the job prospect? When do I want to get promoted

What's your past experience in managing a pizza place?
To describe the interview process I would say it was ok. It was a long process. It was a typical interview process for store manager. I have had easier interviews.
