Simple Interview. First is a phone screening asking you simple questions. Then you Meet a few members of the team and they explain what the job entails. Afterwards you get an offer if you fit the role

Phone interview to get a general idea if you are a good fit. then in person interview that goes over job specifics etc, then waited a while to hear back but got offer
