Received a call where I had a brief discussion about history and qualifications. Then called in to do in person interview. Got a call a few weeks later for an offer.

Describe a situation where you had to be very detailed.
Phone interview to get a general idea if you are a good fit. then in person interview that goes over job specifics etc, then waited a while to hear back but got offer

They basically want to know that you’ll be able to work at a computer for long periods of time while still paying attention to detail
