Pieris Pharmaceuticals interview questions

I was initially approached by an HR recruiter of the company through Linkedin. After an initial phone conversation about the position I had an online interview with 2 hiring managers about a week later and then was invited for an on-site interview about 2 weeks later. There was an initial introduction round followed by a presentation of my experience/expertise in my field in front of 15-20 people mainly from the Preclinical Department. The presentation turned quickly into a discussion with insightful questions from the audience about my expertise and potential contributions to the company (both hard and soft skills). Then another discussion with the managers, lunch, a tour of the company and a final meeting with HR. The whole experience was very positive. Although the point was to figure out if I was a good fit for the position and the company through a lot of discussions about my scientific background/skills and how well I can work with others, it was done in a really respectful, relaxed and welcoming way.

Interview mit mehreren Personen, wobei der führende Gesprächtspartner absolut nicht vorbereitet war und jeden Schritt in der Vorstellung kritisch im Lebenslauf und mit den anwesenden Kollegen gegenkontrollieren musste während des Gesprächs.
