Interview
Very easy. I went in and they gave me a paper application and said they were hiring. I got called a few days later after I turned it in for a group interview. We sat with the store manager and he gave us customer service questions. We all got a chance to go around and answer accordingly. Then we did a mock selling part where one person was a sales associate and the other person was a customer.

Interview
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
