Spoke with District Manager three times. Behavior based questions that focus on experience. Interviewed with the Regional leader as well. I was able to ask questions based on my visit to the store.

Tell me about a time you had to performance manage an associate?
Simple process it did not take Long and I was hired in the interview which was lovely! The training started two weeks after and that training was 3 weeks shadowing another manager
Easy basic retail interview. Relaxed and fun. Later an hour and has background check. Had second interview after that. Very excited about the position. They had a lot to offer
Applied online, was contacted via auto response someone would be contacting me for an interview. Scheduled interview with recruiter.
No one called or contacted me since. Very unprofessional! Would not recommend.
