Spoke to many team members. About 3 rounds. Easy interview, and everyone was friendly. Asked a lot about my background, and explained the role well. Everyone communicated well through out the process.

Question 1
Explain your previous role and how you dealt with customers?
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PhotoShelter
Interview
Negative experience. The process took about a month. After submitting the coding challenge, they did not provide feedback two weeks later or even bother to reach out. They did a favor by sending a standard ''no'' template with no actual reason after several follow-up attempts. It seemed very indifferent and just like a ghosting thing.

Question 1
Mainly standard Software QA/SDET interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PhotoShelter (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
Very long process for such a small company, more than two months. In total, about four interviews, the last two in person.
Right at the end of the process, they fire you with a simple sentence saying they are sorry, but they will not consider you for the position. When you reply asking for an explanation or feedback, they ignore your messages.
Humiliating.
