Interview
Very long process for such a small company, more than two months. In total, about four interviews, the last two in person.
Right at the end of the process, they fire you with a simple sentence saying they are sorry, but they will not consider you for the position. When you reply asking for an explanation or feedback, they ignore your messages.

General questions about my previous experience and what qualities I think fit the position. Also specific questions about how I solve conflicts with colleagues or problems at work that I had to answer with practical examples.
Spoke to many team members. About 3 rounds. Easy interview, and everyone was friendly. Asked a lot about my background, and explained the role well. Everyone communicated well through out the process.
