Phoenix Marketing Solutions interview questions

Interview was great. Very nice people. There are three rounds of interviews. The company appears to work for non-profits, however it does appear to be a pyramid scheme. You only get paid a percentage of commission based on how much money you receive in donations.

First contact was a phone interview with the recruiter. Was asked basic questions about the type of salary expected, basic experience and goals. Very structured and organized. Met with the recruiter, manager and senior manager. The interview was about 2 hours long with a different set of questions from each interviewee.
