I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Philips (Istanbul) in Dec 2018
Interview
This was a temp position due to maternity leave. Although it was written in my resume that I have no recruitment experience, we had a f:f meeting with TA. It lasts like 20mins. They were searching a candidate who have recruitment experience. Thus the interview process was negative for me. I’ve never heard back from them. The vacancy is no longer posted in the career pages.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Philips (Guildford, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
3 stage interview process which included a screening call with TA, followed by two panel interviews which included my motivations & interest in the role, competency questions and a presentation .
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Philips (Guildford, England) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process was two stages, the first was a telephone screening followed by and invitation to an extended group interview including individual and group presentations and outcome based group exercises (with no right or wrong answers).
Overall this was a really pleasant experience, it was clear that the Philips culture permeates every aspect of the business and the employees genuinely 'live their brand' with clear passionate and energy.
The group based exercises were well thought out and actually a lot of fun and the one to one interview was structured well and quite challenging.
