I applied online. I interviewed at Philips (Alpharetta, GA) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied online and I got a call in 3 days. Initially I spoke with the recruiter who explained about the role and asked me basic questions to check if I fit in the culture of Philips. She asked me about my background, experience and why project management. A couple of days later, I received a email and a phone call from the recruiter saying that the hiring manager is interested in talking to me.
The hiring manager was cool, she asked me about my background, project management questions and tools and why I chose technical project management. The interview was calm and she wanted to see if I was a right fit. I received a phone call after four days and the recruiter asked to come for a on-site interview with the team.
There were six people in the panel (program managers, data architect, project manager, director and VP) who asked me several scenario questions and technical project management questions in addition to questions related to my academic projects.
Three days after the interview, I got a call from the recruiter saying that they would like to offer me a position
