I found the job posting and applied. Maybe an hour later i received an email from their HR requesting a phone interview, which was set up for the following day. That was a great to hear about the goals of the company, how they're growing and the type of culture they've have established. After that call I was invited to a video conference interview, which built on the overall feeling of company moral and culture. It was also very candid in the sense that he wanted me to know what I could be getting into as far as the demands of the job. It was a very conversational interview. After that I was in invited to a panel interview for the following week which was from 10:30-2pm. It was with different individuals and was generally laid back and conversational. I received an offer 2 hours after my meeting.
The process, from start to finish, was a breath of fresh air. There was no interview intimidation or awkwardness. Just a genuine desire to find out if it would be a good fit.
