Applied directly through website, interview was held in 4 stages: 2 with HR, one over phone, 2nd 1:1, the 3d one with future manager and the last was knowledge test in accounting knowledge. Presently was developed more sophisticated quiz to test. Standard questions regarding past experience, current duties, reasons for leaving, future plans within company, education possibilities.
