Have to really have a good in, it is difficult to get into Pfizer if you don’t know anyone that can refer you. Panel interview, different amounts of people for different areas.

They conducted a panel interview of three people virtually after the initial phone screen. But it was hard to conceal my disinterest in the position after reading what a steaming pile of manure it is on here.

They asked questions that went along with the themes of Pfizer core values, but some of them were the same as in previous Pfizer interviews and pretty germane overall, e.g. conflict with coworker or implemention of new process.

you have up to 5 people in the room who ask you ask questions about how you would handle a crisis, employee interaction, or a dispute. answer with positive attitude and be truthful and answer all questions with some thought. take about 15 minutes then they will walk you around the plant to show the ends and outs of the plant.
