Casual phone interview, followed by a short trial in the store, being shown the till system and around the store, finished with in person interview with store manager, competencey based interview. Easy going and made to feel comfortable throughout.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely amazing. It started with a quick introduction to how the systems work and then was followed by a tidying up of the store. The ladies who helped me were absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. They clearly explained how to do everything and made every system as simple as anything to operate. It’s something I would recommend to anybody looking for a job.
