Promoted to position from Support Manager. Lots of work learning everything about department top to bottom. Interviews with General and Assistant Manager as well as District Manager. 2 weeks of book work and knowledge test followed by on the job assessment. Don't expect to be hired into this position nor want to.

Work a shift as Pet Care Manager while being shadowed by inspector.
Sucks big time. People suck. Hours suck. Customers suck. Employees suck. Typical protocols are horrendous and you are expected to do way to much for a little sage. Ten out of ten do not recommend.

Very informal, and very candid. Total interview time was 4 hours. For management, you have to be interviewed by two separate store leads. They work with you to ensure you are a good fit.
