Persistent Systems Programmer (Dev)- Mobile App interview questions

2 technical rounds were taken and I was conveyed that I have cleared both rounds and there will be managerial round But there was No communication made by recruitment or HR team after that, Very poor Management, Multiple follow up initiated by me to get interview schedule.
