Two phase interview process: 1) Phone interview; 2) In-person interview. Entire process, from the time I was contacted and interviewed via phone to the in-person interview, was a little over three weeks. The second interview was practically an entire-day experience, meeting with individual leaders holding positions at the Global VP level to individual contributors in operational functions, including lunch with those with whom I'd work with directly (potential colleagues). Everyone was professionally personable and I was pleased and felt comfortable throughout.
