Got a call from recruiter and applied through him, done with phone screening and the next steps where on-site . I had been interviewed by two managers which last for 45min. Next day I got a call from manager saying I have been selected and confirmed my joining date and salary. Recruiter Dropped me a mail confirming my joining date and asked few other documents. I was following up with recruiter for my offer letter. They almost took a month for getting me a proper update and mailed me saying my skills are not matchable. Seriously Unprofessional. I wasted my time and also missed few other opportunities. Really disappointed the way they did.
