Performance Brands interview questions

The owner of the company was unprofessional and sexist. He referred to me as a "little girl" even though I have over 8 years of experience in the industry. Not only did he not understand Facebook advertising, but he implied that I need to "get with the times," meaning that I am out-of-date and know nothing about social media. Keep in mind I have years of experience running the social media and advertising of successful multi-million dollar companies. The owner - I believe his name was Stacey Kaufman - further insulted me by making fun of the fact that I dressed professionally to the interview. He wanted me to wear a t-shirt and jeans apparently. I am a professional business woman. I do not work at the mall. Then he insulted me again by saying it didn't seem like I was passionate about design. Why? Because he claimed I was too calm. Or maybe it was because I am a woman. Either way - stay clear of this mess of a company. If they do not respect the people they interview, then god help the employees at Performance Brands Inc.
