Interview
I recently went through the interview process with this company and unfortunately, I had a negative experience. While the first round director was impressed with my assignment, the second round interview was a disaster. The interviewer did not introduce themselves and seemed unprepared to discuss the project I had worked on. Instead, they asked a series of administrative questions about Jira and had trouble allowing me to share my screen. Overall, the interview process left a lot to be desired. The lack of preparation and professionalism from the interviewer was concerning and made me question how much the company values the candidate experience. Additionally, the interviewer's lack of knowledge about Jira, which is a widely-used project management tool, was surprising and did not inspire confidence in the company's technical capabilities. As someone who is actively job searching, I place a lot of importance on a positive interview experience. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would caution other candidates to be prepared for potential unprofessionalism from interviewers at this company.

Question 1
Why would you use scrum for this project? What is that a little line on the roadmap? How do I share my screen? You think you could do that job? What is agile? Where’s your login for your jira username and password

Interview
It was fairly normal and what you might expect from most interviews. It was not anything too out of the ordinary. I would say they were pretty nice as well.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PeopleKeep in Mar 2022
Interview
I had 3 separate interviews over a span of about 3 weeks. One with the business director, one with the employee that had the position before (they just moved to a new position in the company) and one with the Sales Manager and CEO. It was a great experience. Each interview was professional but also very real about expectations of the position and how the company works.
