I interviewed at Pennington and Company (Lawrence, KS)
Interview
1 phone interview and 1 in-person interview with the hiring manager. I was offered the job on the spot. They asked standard interview questions including behavior based questions such as how you deal with a difficult coworker or client.
Phone screening, 1 round interview with two VP's and a senior team member. Were very transparent about expectations and company culture. Very personable and made me feel very comfortable/at ease. The questions made sense and they allowed me to ask some difficult questions and answered them with no issues.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Pennington and Company
Interview
For the entry-level position of alumni relations consultant this company seeks recent college graduates. Although our focus is fundraising and alumni relations for fraternities and sororities you do not to have Greek membership to apply. The questions are very easy and straight-forward. You will be interviewed by three vice presidents and they are all very friendly. It is very important to have questions about the job to show your interest.
