Interview
I had the call with Lynn from HR and it was supposed to last 20 minutes. Everything went smoothly and the call ended up lasting close to an hour. She stated that I would be moving on and asked me to call or text with any questions. After a few days I followed up with both texts and emails nut Lynn did not respond. I hope she is OK and this just wasn't a ghosting.

Interviewed with HR, Interviewed with Supervisor/Manager on a phone call. However I felt my time and energy wasn't respected, the lack of communication, no response to emails or phone calls unanswered and length of time to find out whether an offer was going to be made or not has been the worst with any job I've ever applied for. Respect people time, an email saying yes or no only takes 5mins of your day. We're people to trying to make it in this world. Anything exceeding 3 weeks deserves a simple follow up.
