I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PebblePost (New York, NY) in Oct 2023
Interview
Multiple stage. Meet with CTO and then get a take home assignment. There is a review with the Engineering Team where random Scala/Spark related questions are asked. Most of the engineering team comes off as not being interested or standoffish. Language barrier is also a problem.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at PebblePost (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
Interview process was very smooth. Applied online.. Got a call back to schedule a phone screen within a couple of days. The screener was very pleasant, friendly, and I could already tell very smart. The next step was a half day code assignment and in person interaction with the team and CTO. As we went over my solution, I quickly realize that this team was wicked smart and that I could learn a lot from them. They really value automated testing, quality, team collaboration, and agile. They also move pretty fast as I received an offer the very next day and that's typical.
