Before you can interview, you have to complete the following:
1: PI Behavioral Assessment
2: PI Cognitive Assessment
3: Recruiter Call
The assessments are overly ridiculous. If the recruiters would review resumes, they can see experience and translatable skills. Having candidates take the assessments is really impersonal and not indicative of whether someone would do well in the role.
The recruiter was very nice and asked me to go through my background and she had questions for me around scenarios that might be encountered on the job. I was disappointed to go through the entire phone call for her to ask for my pay range and it was too high for them.
