Horrible and unprofessional. Recruiter was negligent and didn’t return multiple phones or emails. I set up my own interview and 1v1 with my potential direct manager. Never returned my call or followed up with me after my in-person. The hiring manager conducted a behavioral interview that was concerning and came across as a psychoanalysis instead of an interview. Do yourself a favor, don’t work here! You can do better! They talk up how great their company is, and how awesome they are, but really they are just good sales people overselling you on position that’s comparable to selling door to door. Don’t fall for it. Look elsewhere. How they treat you in the beginning is only the tip of the iceberg.
