Super casual, Kalyn is super friendly and introduces herself with small talk and a little bit of information about herself. If you pass the phone screen and skills test, she coaches you prior to the panel interview so that you feel prepared and know what to expect.

Interview
Nice interview and interviewee. Did my first phone call interview and everything seems nice and straight to the point. I was informed about the pay and busy seasons but looking at the previous reviews, it is kind of making me raise some eyebrows.
A Personality test online, then a skills test online mostly math based questions, Phone interview, in person interview. Meet with multiple people from multiple departments. Did not describe on answer job specific questions I had.

Interview
The interviewer was well versed and very cordial during the process, She was very considerate and was willing to take time to get answers to questions. They were not at all too forward and also took tome towards the end of the interview to ask if I had any questions for her.
