Multiple meetings: initial phone interview with an HR rep, then a video interview with a director. Then a design assignment (took around 6-8 hours), which I usually tend to not like to have to do, but the reasoning is very prudent for the needs of the team. From there, a follow-up interview (not tough) with the assignment. Then, a five-hour multi-session video conference with co-workers, one by one. Long process. The process was entirely remote.
