I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Paychex in Mar 2017
Interview
Coding Challenge followed by onsite interview.
First round was with HR, just a formal introductory round after which he sent me a coding challenge. Had a call with HR again to explain the approach for my solutions and then I was invited for onsite interviews.
Onsite interview was fairly simple. I was asked to write a code on paper with correct syntax. Simple Hashmap related question. Also had an interview with two other members who just asked my previous project experience and some basic conceptual questions.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY !!! What a terrible interview process, was reached out by HR person on Linkden to interview. I said sure why not. She set me up with an interview with the hiring manager, it was totally unprofessional.
Mid way in the interview he said that he misread my resume and no longer wanted to continue the interview. Highly unethical and unprofessional interviewer. Honestly I have had better experiences when apply for waiter/sales jobs at random companies when I was a student.
