First interview was on the phone with basic questions about current employment and why the job change. 2nd interview was with a supervisor who explained the job and allowed me to ask questions. 3rd interview was with my current supervisor. (Same day got to chat with a manager).

supervisor asked what I did in current position to help my current boss which was hard for me to answer because we hated each other so much, and my current boss was a huge conflict of interest, which was my driving point to leave that company after 10 years .

Describe a time when you made a mistake and how you handled it
I had two interviews. First one was with one manager and the second was with two other managers. The interview s lasted about 30 minutes each. They asked about my payroll background and several questions that started out with, "tell me about a time..."
Very simple. A round table interview with scenario-based questions. They ask mostly about previous interactions with co-workers as well as customers. It is a customer service job and you are dealing with payroll which can get very overwhelming
