PayTech interview questions

Everything was fine, except for the misleading information about work location on the job ad. The interview mostly comprised of talking about how awesome the culture is and how the owner likes to bike, which is not what we were there to discuss.

I applied online, and the recruiting specialist got back to me fairly quickly. I was asked to complete a very in-depth online assessment. After that, a phone interview was scheduled for about a week out. An hour before the call, it was canceled due to a "scheduling conflict". It was rescheduled for two weeks out, which I thought was a lengthy timeline. The recruiter I was scheduled to speak with wasn't even accepting the meeting invites. I was offered another position elsewhere in the meantime and canceled the follow-up. However, I don't believe they took me seriously as a candidate, anyway, based on the lack of professionalism. If you have time to post on LinkedIn, you have time to accept a meeting invite.
